Genetic Geneology
Genetics, I love it. I love the thought that every illness can be traced down the line to someone else, giving me an out from the notion that I had anything to do with it. Unless of course it’s good stuff. Meanwhile, I found this site for Genetics which for a mere $119 dollars you can participate in what I believe is one of the most exciting things of our time. How ’bout it. Let’s put out the mere dollars to find out what connections we have from DNA. That should quell all those rumors about how Dad was out with his sister-in-law, and whose kid you really are.
Is Bret Michaels Bald? Rock of Love Questions
I admit, I’m a Bret Michaels fan, and in that I spent a Saturday looking for bald shots of him, very hard to find. Let’s put it this way, this may not be a very good image of Bret, but even as a bald guy, he is damn cute.
Bad Republicans - the begining
Spiro T. Agnew resigns as Vice President and then pleads no contest to charges of evasion of income taxes while Governor of Maryland (Oct. 10) 1973
Richard Nixon: After five men hired by Nixon’s reelection committee were caught burglarizing Democratic party headquarters at the Watergate Complex on June 17, 1972, President Nixon’s subsequent behavior—his cover-up of the burglary and refusal to turn over evidence—led the House Judiciary Committee to issue three articles of impeachment on July 30, 1974
U.S. Senator David Vitter (R-LA) admitted involvement with the D.C. Madam
George Bush: In February 2003, Halliburton (Republican Dick Chaney’s old company) received a five-year, $7 billion no-bid contract for services in Iraq. The Army Corps of Engineers’ top contracting officer, Bunnatine Greenhouse, objected to the deal, saying the contract should be the standard one-year length, and that a Halliburton official should not have been present during the discussions. The FBI is investigating. Halliburton overcharged the army for fuel in Iraq. Specifically, Halliburton’s subsidiary Kellogg, Brown & Root hired a Kuwaiti company, Altanmia, to supply fuel at about twice the going rate, then added a markup, for an overcharge of at least $61 million, according to a December 2003 Pentagon audit. Pentagon auditors found that $1.8 billion were Halliburton’s charges not documented properly.
Love this source of the information above
Oh, did I forget Larry Craig, the Senator from Idaho who spent a few foot tapping moments in the men’s room and was arrested at a Minnesota airport by a plainclothes police officer investigating lewd conduct complaints in a men’s public restroom.
